Who we’re looking for
Great inspectors come from all kinds of backgrounds, but many of the best have spent time as contractors, builders, or in the trades, where they learned how homes actually go together. If you're certified, detail-oriented, and good at explaining your findings in a way homeowners understand, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements:
Certification through CREIA, ASHI, or InterNACHI
Contractor, builder, or trades experience (a strong plus)
A sharp eye for detail and clear, friendly communication
Based in Orange County, CA
Your own tools and E&O insurance, if inspectors join as independent partners
